Alex Clare is a British singer-songwriter based in London. He released his debut album, The Lateness of the Hour, in 2011 on Island Records. Produced by Mike Spencer and Major Lazer, the album featured the massive dubstep-influenced hit “Too Close,” which became a global chart success.
