The Jam were a legendary English band led by Paul Weller. Between 1977 and 1982, they scored 18 consecutive top-40 hits, including four UK number-ones like “Going Underground.” As leaders of the mod revival, their sharp lyrics and energetic sound made them one of Britain’s most important acts.
