The Peddlers were a leading British jazz-soul trio in the 60s and 70s. Led by Roy Phillips, they scored hits like “Birth” and “Girlie.” Known for their sophisticated sound and Phillips’ powerful organ playing, they earned a loyal following and were particularly popular stars in New Zealand.
