Howard Jones is an English musician and songwriter who dominated the 80s synth-pop scene. He scored ten UK top 40 hits, including “What Is Love?” and “New Song.” His debut album Human’s Lib hit number one, and his 1986 smash “No One Is to Blame” reached the top five in the US and UK charts.
