The Turtles
The Turtles were a prominent 60s American rock band. Led by Howard Kaylan and Mark Volman, they scored several hits, most notably the 1967 number-one smash “Happy Together.” Their blend of folk-rock and sunshine-pop made them one of the most successful acts of the late 1960s.
