      Fiction Factory was a Scottish new wave band from Perth. Formed in 1982, they are best known for the synth-pop classic “(Feels Like) Heaven,” which peaked at number six in the UK. Their sound featured melodic textures and introspective lyrics typical of the early 80s new wave movement.
