Heatwave was a multi-national funk band formed in London in 1975. They achieved global fame with disco classics like “Boogie Nights” and “Always and Forever.” Written by Rod Temperton, who later wrote for Michael Jackson, their smooth sound made them one of the most successful funk acts of the era.
