This year I took the plunge and decided to grow a moustache, to raise money for the charity Prostate Cancer UK. In doing so, I raised over £350 for Movember.

Last night I attended an awards ceremony, where I was nominated for a Heros award from the London Borough of Harrow, for my contribution to charitable services.

Over the weekend, I took part in an organised sponsored midnight swim, swimming 1,000 metres and raising nearly £350 for the charity Radio Northwick Park.

This week I rehomed a rescue dog from Battersea Dogs Home. My new 2 and a half year old Labrador, Tillie, is wonderful and I urge you to get a rescue dog too.

The charity I’m Chairman of celebrated their 40th Anniversary with a gala dinner at the weekend. I opened the night with a speech and a video documentary.
